Vice President - Program Management and Engineering

Mr. Dearhart holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering and has more than 25 years of Navy management in facility design and construction.  Mr. Dearhart is responsible for design and construction, program management, proposal preparation and all technical aspects SBG-EEG.  His past employment includes Vice President of South Carolina Research Authority, Director of Environmental Detachment Charleston (EDC), BRAC Environmental Coordinator for the closure of Charleston Naval Shipyard, and Nuclear Facilities Program Manager for Naval Sea Systems Command.  25 of his 33 professional years have been as a Navy civil service employee.
