President

Mr. Smith has 25 years experience with government contracting and construction.  Prior to 1999, Mr. Smith held several Senior Contracts Administrator positions with large government contractors including Lucas Aerospace, Hughes-Avicom, Earth Technology Corporation, Lockheed Aircraft, and Ford Aerospace and Communications.  
In 2004, Mr. Smith formed the Small Business Group, Inc. maintaining his experience and expertise with contract administration, logistics procurement and project management, but also expanding his capabilities in construction and environmental services which now comprises 90% of company activity.
