David Gabrielli
Project Manager

Mr. Gabrielli holds Associates degrees in Business Management and Business Administration, and has more than 28 years of government service.  He has over 12 years as a Site Superintendent and Project Management, and has managed over $25M in construction, environmental restoration, and demolition work at DOD facilities, many for Government clients in the Beaufort area.  Mr. Gabrielli has been responsible for management and direction of field activities, regulatory compliance, quality control, safety and health, manpower requirements, project schedules, material and equipment for projects ranging from several thousand dollars to over $6 million dollars.  Prior to his employment with SBG-EEG, Mr. Gabrielli was a planner and estimator for the Charleston Naval Shipyard Public Works Department where he gained a clear understanding of construction costs, processes and scheduling.
