Randy Gandy
Project Manager

Mr. Gandy holds an Associates in Science in Business Administration.  Mr. Gandy has over 20 years as a Nuclear Project with the DoD.  He has been a Project Manager for SBG-EEG since 2006 and has completed projects at MCAS Beaufort, Ft. Stewart, GA and at the Oconee Nuclear power Plant in SC.  Prior to coming to SBG-EEG, Mr. Gandy was the Norfolk Naval Shipyard Lean Implementation Manager.  Here he worked with all of the naval shipyards planning and analyzing programs for objectives; identifying productivity problem areas; initiating actions to bring more effective and efficient utilization of resources; and ensuring compatibility and standardization of productivity programs.  In his career with the DoD, he held positions as Project Superintendent for reactor plant operations, Engineering Project Manager and Deputy Nuclear Production Manager.
