Mr. McElwee has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and provides over 12 years of Navy technical and managerial experience in the design, installation, testing and maintenance of mechanical systems, including 9 years of Project Management experience in estimating, coordinating, implementing, evaluating and preparing final reports for various construction and environmental projects. Mr. McElwee oversees ongoing and completed projects for cost performance, schedule execution and compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
