USBF's unique patented process produced re-use quality water that meets the discharge standards for the Chesapeake Bay, the Florida Everglades & Keys, and Title 22 (California). The exhibit will also include a technology that drastically reduces wastewater influent by eliminating the need for a rinse water station in the cafeteria cleaning cycle. The Eco-Vac is a waterless system for preventing Fats, Oils and Grease from accumulating during kitchen prewash processes.
